Trifactor Enduro and the story of willpower: Honoring two age group champions, Thuy My & Chau Duong.
At the grueling Trifactor Enduro competition , every finish line is a victory. But today, Gopeaks' joy is even greater as they honor two of their family's age-group Trifactor Enduro champions : Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy My and her younger sibling, Nguyen Chau Duong.
The sisters' victory shone brightly under the midday sun of Can Gio, just before a heavy rain poured down, as if to celebrate and wash away all their fatigue. That moment was beautiful, but what Gopeaks cherishes most is the journey that led them to this glory.
Two generations, one will to conquer the age group championship.
Two women, two different generations (Thuy My was born in 1979, Chau Duong in 1993), but together they conquered the top position in their age group at the TriFactor Can Gio Enduro race. For Gopeaks, this is no coincidence. This is proof of something even stronger than physical strength: perseverance.
Nguyen Thi Thuy My – Silent perseverance creates champions.
Gopeaks still remembers the early days when Thuy My joined Gopeaks. A quiet perseverance, a determination that needed no words. She didn't just train, she "lived" with each training plan. And the results came as a matter of course. The championship at the Tacx Challenge back then, and today's age group victory at Trifactor Enduro , all tell the same story of a woman who never said goodbye. Gopeaks doesn't create champions, Gopeaks is just fortunate to have accompanied and witnessed her willpower transform the impossible into the possible.

Nguyen Thi Thuy My is on the track to conquer the Trifactor Enduro age group championship title.
Nguyen Chau Duong (Duong UFO) – 3 months of training and sweet rewards
And then there's Chau Duong, the girl nicknamed "Duong UFO" even before joining Gopeaks – and now Gopeaks understands why. Just three months ago, Duong joined the Gopeaks family, bringing with her a burning passion and boundless curiosity. Gopeaks had never seen an athlete so dedicated to every exercise and so meticulous in asking even the smallest questions as Duong. Duong's progress isn't measured in days, but sometimes in hours. Today's age group championship isn't a miracle. It's the answer to hundreds of questions and thousands of hours of sweat on the training machines.

Nguyen Chau Duong, Trifactor Enduro age group champion
Behind the victory: The story of pushing the limits during training sessions.
My and Duong's success isn't about dry CTL or FTP numbers. It's a story of pushing themselves beyond their limits, where their bodies screamed to stop but their will remained, clinging to another rotation, another stride. It's a story of failing to complete a set, moments of self-doubt and extreme stress. But instead of giving up, they chose to confront the challenges, adjust, and come back stronger. It was those "falls" during training that built the foundation for their success today.
Inspired by two female Trifactor Enduro age group champions.
Gopeaks can offer coaching philosophies and lesson plans, but it can't give anyone willpower. It was you two, Thuy My and Chau Duong, who forged that most powerful weapon yourselves.
Today, seeing you two standing on the highest podium in your age group, Gopeaks feels not only proud, but also inspired. Inspired by an older sister who proved age is just a number, and by a younger sister who showed that three months is enough to create miracles if you have enough passion.
Thank you, Thuy My and Chau Duong. Not just for bringing home the Gopeaks title, but for reminding all of us that the real limit isn't on the race track, it's in our own minds. And you two brilliantly broke that limit.
